Terms and Conditions

Shipping is free for a full KITCHEN order for the continental United States. (6 cabinet minimum) Shipping on orders less than 6 cabinets, will be 299.00.

Minimum Purchase:
There are currently significant delays in lead times for all cabinet manufacturers. We have increased our minimum to 10,000.00 and have disabled our payment processor. If you are considering cabinets, please contact us and we can enable the payment method after your acceptance of the shiping delays and lead times. 

MARSH CABINETS are shipped assembled. Each is put into an individual carton. They are shipped via an LTL Trucking company. The company will contact you, the customer, to schedule delivery. You will be required to be on hand for the tailgate delivery and remove the items from the back of the truck.

MID CONTINENT CABINETS are shipped Assembled. Each is put in an individual carton. They are shipped via a local CDN (Content Delivery Network) Someone from the local delivery office of the CDN will contact the customer to schedule delivery. The delivery will be made to any first floor room or garage at no additional change.

You MUST be present at the time of delivery. If no packing slip is provided by the carrier, you should use the printout from the web order to verify that you order is received in full.

If you schedule an appointment and are not there to receive your cabinets, the shipping company will charge a re-delivery fee. You will be responsible for this and your card will be charged the amount of the re-delivery fee.

Images may not accurately depict the finish. We always suggest they you contact us for for a sample or to answer questions.  

Lead Times:
Marsh Furniture: Normal lead time is 3 weeks on stained cabinets. (currently on a 9 week lead time)
Marsh Furniture: Normal lead time is 4 weeks on painted cabinets. (currently on a 10 week lead time)

Mid Continent Cabinetry: Normal lead time is 4 weeks on all cabinets. (currently on a 21 week lead time)

Lead times have been greatly impcted by supply chain shortages and cost increase. We want you to be aware of this before considering your cabinet purchase.

Taxes will be collected for sales in the state of Georgia.

Canceled Orders:
Since the items sold by USHomeProducts.com are custom made, orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. If an order is canceled, there will be an 8% cancellation charge to cover credit card processing fees.

Because all of the items sold on USHomeProducts.com are custom ordered, we do not accept returns. If you receive a cabinet that has an issue that you feel is not acceptable, we will work with the manufacturer to replace the damaged or defective item.

Damage and Missing Items:
Every effort is made to ensure that your items arrive undamaged. Unfortunately, on occasion there are conditions beyond our control that can cause damage during shipping. If, at the time of delivery, you notice any visible damage, document the damage on Proof of Delivery. Also, if you suspect that there might be concealed damaged, please note that on the bill of lading. If you find any damage please call 888-506-6122 within 5 days of delivery to inform us of the damage. You will be asked at that time to email us stating the date of delivery, the item(s) that were damaged, describe the damage in detail and include digital images to provide to the manufacturer. This is necessary in order for us to process a freight claim. We will process and expedite a replacement for you after the receipt of your written damage notification. If an item is missing on your order, please sign the Proof of Delivery, noting that the item is missing and then email us with the details so we can expedite a replacement.

Cabinet Finish / Cabinet Matching:
USHP recommends that you get in touch with us to secure a finish sample because computer screen colors vary and the finish you receive might not appear the same in person as it does on the screen. We try to represent the finish with images that will give a proper indication of what you can expect from each finish. Wood does vary and stains may appear lighter and darker on the same cabinet because wood is a natural substance. We do not consider stain fluctuations to be a defect. We assure you that the cabinets that you order will all match each other because they will be made to order for you.

If you are trying to match a finish (paint, stain or thermofoil) there is a high likelihood that, even if you are ordering the EXACT same stain, the new cabinets will not match your old cabinets. This is because wood darkens over time and the dye lot for the stain/paint will be different. Thermofoil cabinets tend to yellow slightly with age and newer ones will appear very white next to an older cabinet. If you are trying to match old cabinets to new cabinets that you are purchasing from USHP, we will not be responsible for, and will not consider cabinets defective if they do not match properly.
